Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Crystalpeak Floristry Institute websites and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enroll. If you are under the age of majority, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Payments & Refunds
Fees are displayed in the catalog and are due at enrollment. Refunds: full refunds up to 7 days before a cohort starts; partial credits may apply after start. Some fees may be non-refundable if materials have been allocated. See course descriptions for details.
5. Course Access
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. We may revoke access for policy violations or non-payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, templates, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, share, or resell materials without written permission.
7. Conduct
We expect professional, respectful behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe practices are prohibited. We may remove participants who violate this policy.
8. Disclaimers
We provide educational services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or employment. Some modules may require physical activity; follow safety guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
